  • National Veterans Memorial and Museum in Columbus, Ohio

Visit the National Veterans Memorial and Museum

Connect with the stories of the men and women who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces at this riverside sanctuary of remembrance in Downtown Columbus. Opened in 2018, the multi-level memorial and museum features striking modern architecture with a series of concentric concrete rings. Explore exhibits about the lives of American soldiers, from their service in foreign wars to their volunteer work at home. The National Veterans Memorial and Museum honors the average soldier, telling unique stories through audio recordings, video interviews, handwritten letters, and touchscreen exhibits. There are also open spaces for quiet reflection, including a quiet rooftop and outdoor ceremonial area. Stay nearby at our NVMM hotel, located one mile away just across the Scioto River.
