This quick and dirty ninety minutes of foundational skill building will pay huge dividends as you go on to cook for the rest of your life. Feel free to bring your favorite knife to practice with, or use ours. Juli Carvi has been in the industry for over 30 years. Currently she is the Food Service Director for Bexley City Schools where she is on the forefront of bringing local healthy meals to students in Central Ohio.
